Detailing key activities that you should be doing, the workbook also provides a daily checklist with which you can refer to gauge your progress throughout the duration of the program.
In fact it was easy enough to read, and I didn’t find myself overly bored by it. I was particularly impressed with Chapter 5 because it really shows the hardcore techniques one would need to kickstart that confidence we all have hidden in all of us. I didn’t even know we had it in us to begin with!
